• All land transportation with comfortable and suitable vehicles
• Accommodation in best, good and mid hotels, local house or tent
• Expert tour leaders
• All sightseeing tours including their entrance fees
• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
• Sleeping tent
• Mattress
• Light chairs and tables (on demand)
• Porterage by mule
• Guide for adventure tours
• Domestic flights
• Invitation letter to obtain Iran visa

Our Tour Services Exclude:

• International flights
• Airport tax
• Personal equipment
• Iran visa fee
• Insurance
• All expenses of private nature such as Laundry, telephone calls, faxes, etc.
• Tips

Group Size

• Normally our group size is between 3-15 people. We also run private tours for those clients who are interested in traveling alone.

Booking Condition

• Advance booking for trips helps us to plan better, complete the formalities, secure the flight, hotel bookings, etc.
  The advanced payment, 30% of the total price of the tour (in US $), must be transferred 25 days before the commencement date of tour to the following bank account:

  The remaining 70% of the tour price will be collected on the first day of client’s arrival through a contract.
• No responsibility is accepted for expenses due to sickness, bad weather conditions, or some events, which
  are beyond our control.

Cancellation Terms

• In case, the client cancels his/her trip 15-25 days before the commencement date of his program, P.G.T.C. will refund him 50% of his advanced payment.
• In case, the client cancels his/her trip 1-14 day before the commencement date of his program, this company will pay no refund to the client.
